    • Adults: will learn two self defense skills that will keep you safe forever. You will increase your range of motion, have fun, and leave sweating, smiling and feel younger —from your very first visit!

    • Kids: (In our separate kids classes) increase their coordination and confidence, but most of all they will have FUN!


  • Why take an intro course?

    Your course allows you to sample our classes and experience your learning first hand. If you enjoy the sessions and want to learn more, the course gives you the foundation you need AND secures your spot by putting you at the top of the wait list.

  • What does the intro course cost?

    There is a special one time rate of $19.95. Your course includes two classes and comes with our “Deep Bow” guarantee. If you are not delighted for ANY reason, we will gladly refund your money —with a deep bow of respect.

  • What happens after the intro course?

    If you enjoy your classes we make it easy for you to enroll. If you like our classes you are eligble to join and you will receive a free uniform and 14 free days to continue trying out classes.

  • Why is there a waiting period before I can get started?

    We only accept a limited number of students in each age division. We do this in order to make sure that each student gets the attention they deserve. Your intro course gets you in the system and puts you at the FRONT of the line.
