Adults: will learn two self defense skills that will keep you safe forever.
Adults: will increase your range of motion, have fun, and leave sweating, smiling and feel younger —from your very first visit!
Kids: (In our separate kids classes) increase their coordination and confidence, but most of all they will have FUN!
Why take an introductory course?
Your course allows you to sample our classes and experience your learning first hand. If you enjoy the sessions and want to learn more, the course gives you the foundation you need.
What does the introductory course cost?
There is a special one time rate of $19.95. Your course includes two classes and comes with our “Deep Bow” guarantee. If you are not delighted we will gladly refund your money —with a deep bow of respect.
What happens after the introductory course?
If you like your classes we make it easy to enroll. Our tuition rates are published online (just click the link at the top of any page).
Why is there a waiting period before I can take the intro course?
We only accept an average of 3 new students in each age group per month. Only introductory course participants are eligible to enroll. Your intro course gets you in the system and puts you at the front of the line.
